For selected curated projects, special editions, or expedited review lanes, at Babedium’s editorial discretion, a production or submission fee may apply to cover the intensive editorial, design, and promotional costs. All applicable fees and terms are clearly stated before any commitment is required.
Does submission guarantee publication?
No. Submission or payment does not guarantee publication. All content is selected based on editorial standards and creative alignment.
Are submissions free of charge?
We offer both free and fee-based submission pathways. Free submissions are reviewed within our standard editorial timeline and are subject to availability. Free submissions may not receive individual feedback. Fee-based submissions are typically associated with specially curated editions, guaranteed review periods, or inclusion in premium projects with enhanced promotion. The specific terms are always communicated transparently in each call for submissions.
Why does Babedium apply submission or participation fees?

Can I request content removal after publication?
Yes. Content removal requests submitted after publication are subject to a $100 USD administrative and processing fee. Removal is not automatic and will be evaluated based on legal, editorial, and ethical standards. Payment of the fee does not guarantee approval of the removal request.
