Contributor Terms & Content Usage Policy

Babedium Magazine is committed to supporting the creative work of models and photographers while ensuring legal clarity and professional standards. This policy governs the submission, publication, and usage of visual content.

  1. Content Rights and Usage

By submitting content, contributors grant Babedium Magazine an exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license for first publication, as well as a perpetual, non-exclusive license to archive, reproduce, display, distribute, and promote the submitted content in connection with Babedium Magazine, its publications, platforms, and promotional activities, in any format or medium.

  1. Digital Use and Promotion

Submitted content may be used for editorial, promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes across Babedium Magazine’s digital platforms, social media channels, and related media.

  1. Copyright Ownership

Contributors confirm that they own the copyright to the submitted content or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions. Babedium Magazine does not accept content lacking proper authorization.

  1. Model Age Confirmation

Contributors guarantee that all models depicted are at least 18 years of age and that all legal consents, releases, and permissions have been properly obtained.

  1. Publication Authority

Babedium Magazine retains full editorial discretion regarding whether, when, and how submitted content is published. Requests for removal may be considered but are not guaranteed and will be evaluated based on legal, editorial, and ethical standards.

  1. Content Modifications

Babedium Magazine may apply minor modifications to submitted content, including but not limited to color correction, cropping, resizing, or text overlays, provided such changes do not materially alter ownership rights.

  1. Archiving

Babedium Magazine reserves the right to archive submitted content in digital form for record-keeping, historical reference, and internal use.

  1. Exclusivity and Subsequent Use

Contributors grant Babedium Magazine exclusive first publication rights to all submitted and published content.

Following publication by Babedium Magazine, the content may not be reproduced, published, distributed, licensed, sold, or made publicly available, in whole or in part, on any other platform or medium, without prior written consent from Babedium Magazine.

This includes, but is not limited to, print magazines, digital publications, websites, subscription-based platforms, paywalled content, monetized social media channels, personal or commercial portfolios, PDF sales, online archives, and any form of content distribution intended for commercial or promotional purposes.

Any unauthorized use, republication, or monetization of the content shall constitute a material breach of these terms and may result in legal action.

  1. Copyright Infringement

If content published by Babedium Magazine is used elsewhere without authorization, Babedium Magazine reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies.

  1. Data Protection

Any personal data included in submissions will be processed solely for publication-related purposes and handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

  1. Image Credit

Babedium Magazine guarantees appropriate credit for models, photographers, and contributors for all published content.

  1. Responsibility

Contributors are solely responsible for ensuring that submitted content complies with all applicable laws. Babedium Magazine shall not be liable for third-party claims arising from submitted materials.

  1. Legal Framework

This policy is governed by widely recognized principles of international copyright and intellectual property law.

  1. No Obligation to Publish

Submission of content does not guarantee publication. Babedium Magazine reserves the right to decline or postpone publication without obligation to provide justification.

  1. Acceptance

By submitting content to Babedium Magazine, contributors confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full. These terms take effect as of the date of first submission and apply to all content submitted thereafter. Any modification must be made by written agreement signed by an authorized representative of Babedium Magazine.
